Data Deletion

No TadbirLabs Account

Halora currently does not require a TadbirLabs account, so there is no in-app cloud account to delete. Most Halora data is local to your device.

Delete Individual Countdowns

  1. Open Halora.
  2. Open the countdown you want to remove.
  3. Use the event actions menu.
  4. Choose delete and confirm.

Deleting a countdown removes its local event record and related local reminder records from Halora on that device.

Remove Photo Backgrounds

If you selected a photo background for widgets, remove it from the widget/photo background controls in the app. You can also clear all app data or uninstall Halora to remove app-controlled local copies.

Turn Off Analytics

  1. Open Settings in Halora.
  2. Find Privacy & analytics.
  3. Turn off Share app analytics.

This disables Firebase Analytics collection for that device going forward. It does not delete historical records already processed by Google/Firebase.

Delete Manual Backup Files

Halora backup export is user initiated. Backup files remain wherever you saved or shared them, such as Files, Downloads, Drive, iCloud, email, chat apps, or another storage provider. Delete those copies from the place where you stored them.

Delete All Local App Data

Android

Open Android Settings, go to Apps, choose Halora, open Storage, then choose Clear data or uninstall Halora.

iOS

Delete Halora from the device. If iOS offers app data options, remove the app and its data. Also delete any backup files you exported elsewhere.

Clearing app data removes local countdowns, settings, reminders, widget snapshots, cached entitlement state, and app-controlled files on that device. It does not cancel active store subscriptions.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchase records are handled by Google Play, Apple, and RevenueCat. To cancel a subscription, use the subscription management screen in Google Play or the App Store. To request privacy help related to purchase records, email tadbirlabs@gmail.com.
