Terms of Use

Agreement

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Halora, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Halora on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, rent, sublicense, misuse, or interfere with Halora, except where applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived.

What Halora Does

Halora helps you create countdowns, reminders, widgets, themes, share cards, and local backup files for personal life moments. Halora is not a calendar replacement, emergency reminder system, financial planning service, religious calendar authority, or legal/tax/medical advice tool.

Accounts

Halora currently does not require a TadbirLabs account. Purchases and restores are connected to your Google Play or Apple App Store account and managed through RevenueCat and the app stores.

Free and Premium Features

Halora offers a useful free experience. Optional Halora Premium may unlock features such as unlimited active countdowns, premium widget styles, premium themes, photo backgrounds, and watermark-free shared moments.

Premium availability, feature names, and exact packaging may change before or after launch. Any paid offer shown in the app will display the current store-provided price and terms before purchase.

Subscriptions and Purchases

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions: These renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable app store before the renewal deadline shown by that store.
• Lifetime purchase: If offered, this is a one-time in-app purchase for the Premium entitlement, subject to store rules and availability.
• Payment processor: Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. TadbirLabs does not collect your full payment card details.
• Prices and taxes: Prices, currencies, taxes, introductory offers, trials, and billing terms are controlled and displayed by the app store.
• Restore purchases: You may use the restore feature to recover eligible active purchases on the same store account.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Deleting Halora does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Refund requests are handled by the app store that processed the payment. We can help with support information, but Google or Apple makes the final refund decision under its policies and applicable law.

Your Content and Backups

You keep ownership of the countdown titles, dates, notes, photos, and backup files you create. You are responsible for the accuracy of your countdowns and for keeping backup files private and safe.

Manual backup export creates a file that may include personal countdown content. If you share that file, save it to cloud storage, or send it to another app, that third party's terms and privacy policy may apply.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Halora to break the law, violate others' rights, distribute harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with app operation, abuse purchase systems, or misuse app-store review, refund, or support processes.

Third-Party Services

Halora depends on services such as Google Play, Apple in-app purchases, RevenueCat, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, payment decisions, or account restrictions.

Disclaimers

Halora is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every launcher, or that reminders and widgets will always update exactly when expected.

Countdowns, reminders, and widgets depend on device settings, operating system behavior, permissions, battery restrictions, time zone changes, and launcher support.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TadbirLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, missed events, lost profits, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Halora in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

Changes to Halora or These Terms

We may update Halora, change features, add or remove Premium offerings, or update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
