Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Tadbir mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and TadbirLabs ("we", "us", or "our").

Important: Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

No Account Required (Default)

Tadbir operates offline-first and does not require account registration for basic functionality. Your data is stored locally on your device.

The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software code) are owned by TadbirLabs or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data

You retain all rights to the financial data you input into the App. We claim no ownership over your transactions, notes, categories, or other user-generated content.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the App without compensation or attribution.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us at legal@tadbirlabs.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We commit to responding within 5 business days and making a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with:

Small Claims Court

Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement, you may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies and the court has jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality obligations.
